Probably best known as the voice of Shaggy from Scooby Doo, or for radio's American Top 40 countdown, Kasem provided the voices for a wide variety of Saturday morning cartoons in the 70's and 80's, including Jabberjaw, Hong Kong Phooey, Transformers, and the ever popular Josie and the Pussycats. Just goes to show what can happen when you keep your feet on the ground, and keep reaching for the stars.
