The Manbottle Library is operated as a service of Wiggins Professional Services, Inc. (WPS) solely for the entertainment and enjoyment of our audience. No claim or warranty is given concerning the accuracy or veracity of any information contained in The Manbottle Library.
The Manbottle Library contains some humor that may not be appropriate for children, parental guidance is suggested. The Manbottle Library participates in ICRA content rating for your protection.
Posting to The Manbottle Library
Posting or submitting to The Manbottle Library constitutes your continued agreement to the following:
- Posting by minors (under the age of 18) is not allowed. By posting to this site you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older.
- Posting of anything sexually explicit or illegal is strictly prohibited.
- Posting of anything which promote hate or violence is prohibited. Please refer to our Guidelines for more information.
- Postings should not violate the intellectual property rights of any party.
- Postings should not contain the personally identifiable information of others without their express written consent. Such consent should be forwarded in advance to The Manbottle Library for our records. (Email is acceptable.) Personally Identifiable information includes, among other things, postal addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers.
- Postings should not contain advertising or solicitation without prior agreement from WPS.
- You agree to maintain a valid e-mail address where you may be contacted.
We reserve the right to remove any posts which do not comply with these terms and conditions.
Repeated failure to comply with these terms and conditions is grounds for account deactivation.
We are committed to working in good faith to resolve any dispute, however, we reserve the right to deactive your account at any time for any reason we deem appropriate.
Ownership of Posted or Submitted Items
Unless you request otherwise, items posted or submitted to The Manbottle Library website, excluing the "Originals" section (see below), and any correspondence sent to The Manbottle Library or WPS become the property of WPS. This includes any e-mail and postal mail sent to The Manbottle Library or WPS.
Items posted to the "Originals" section remain the property of the author. By posting in the "Originals" section, you affirm that you are the original author or copyright owner of the material posted. By posting in the "Originals" section, you agree to grant WPS a perpetual non-exclusive license to use this material in any way it sees fit, including publication in other media and creation of derivative works. You may revoke this right at any time by providing 30 days written notice (email is acceptable). Said revocation will not be retroactive, and will not apply to any works created or published prior to the date that written notice was received.
Use of the Mail-A-Joke Feature
Use of the "mail this item to a friend" link constitutes your continued agreement to the following:
- Use of the Mail-A-Joke feature to harrass, annoy, or aggrevate others is strictly prohibited, and may be illegal in some jurisdictions. WPS will openly cooperate with and participate in any investigations concerning harrassment invovling any aspect of The Manbottle Library.
- Use of the Mail-A-Joke feature to send email to people you do not know personally, or who do not wish to receive email from you, is strictly prohibited.
- Use of the Mail-A-Joke feature to send advertising is prohibited.
- Use of a false name or email address to obscure you're identity when sending items is prohibited.
- You agree to maintain a valid e-mail address where you may be contacted.
Repeated failure to comply with these terms and conditions is grounds for account deactivation.
Personally Identifiable Information
Personal information about your account, including your real name and e-mail address, will be kept confidential. Only your "User Name" will appear in postings to the Manbottle Library website. Your e-mail address will only be used to send you important information regarding your account, unless you explicitly specify otherwise. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions may change at any time. Changes to these terms and conditions will be clearly posted to the Manbottle Library website. We will attempt to notify you of any changes by e-mail. Your continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of said changes.
