June Foray is the female Mel Blanc. She was the voice of almost every female WB character - Granny, Tweety, that short little witch character (Witch Hazel), etc. In Bullwinkle, she was Rocky the Squirrel, and Natasha Fatale of Boris and Natasha. She was in both "Horton Hears a Who" and "How the Grinch Stole Christmas", where she played little Cindy Lou Who (who was no more than two).
Add to this other animated features such as the Flintstones, Garfield, DuckTails, Scooby Doo, Roger Rabbit, Gummi Bears, Smurfs, The Incredible Hulk, Spiderman, Heathcliff, Frosty the Snowman, Dudly Do-Right, George of the Jungle, Tom and Jerry, The Jetsons, Yogi Bear, and Disney's Peter Pan and Cinderella.
