True Story 2
I sent out an email message, on MS Exchange, to all of my application users informing them to modify their PC's regional date style to mm/dd/yyyy. This application resides on the client machine. I included in the message 7 steps to navigate through Windows to find the setting and change it. I expected a few persons would have trouble finding the Start button or single-clicking when they should be double-clicking. But I didn't expect to receive the following reply to my email message:
